| a FIVE??? I think we all know that this deserves better. You know what I hate? The raters tend to give reports similar ratings. I think the first one is all that really matters, and the rest won't go more than one higher or lower. The raters should not be able to see the ratings given by other raters. |

I'd call this unethical, except that fighting a 7 vs. 1 in order to boost your win/loss ratio isn't exactly kosher either, so who cares? There is no honour among thieves...
Great report. It was hilarious to watch all the backstabs and counter-backstabs and deception. I'll bet it would have gotten an 8 or a 9 if you threw in a few pics. Write more like this! |

Yeah really think raters shouldn't be able to see what other raters gave reports UNTIL they have rated it themselves. I mean there are two temptations here.
1) give it the same rating as before.
2) give it a rating so the average is what you think.
Say rater 1 comes along gives a report a 9, rater two thinks it deserves an 8 and promptly marks it 7, undermining rater 1's opinion. |
