Well, I don't think I've seen you around here before, so that makes this report even more impressive. "Goo Wars" was a YRM-caliber pic for sure. I was kinda hoping at the beginning that somebody would end up with Terran, but not everything works out.
BTW, units CAN have 0 life left, and still be on the screen. They are there for about one "tick", and then they die, so catching a unit at 0 life, let alone a BROODLING, is pretty impressive. |

Hey, really really nice report. Thanks for making it look like I didn't suck. :) The graphics were really great, and the humor added too. A few things that I wish to add:
1) Julian.Delphinki is right, I play only terran ffa on ladder. Why I do this, I'm not really sure, but I've gotten pretty darn good at it. I've always liked terran best, and I like ffa's so there you go. My general strategy when playing terran is to do harassment attacks constantly on the other players. It pisses em off, but the idea is to do the most damage, and then pull out before I lose much if anything. Even though this usually makes them hate me, I can still win cause I've weakened them, and their counter attacks aren't that impressive. I took this strategy with me into the ffa game playing as zerg, and well, I think I proved I'm not as good with them. I managed to do damage to both of the others, but not without pretty heavy losses. Not to mention that I got em both mad at me, which is never good.
2.) Scouting reach a new low. Not a single one of us sent peons out to scout. *quietly peeks over his shoulder* Oh look, Calvin got protoss. :) Being able to hear the noises from my roomates computers, not to mention the rather obnoxious noises that THEY made was quite unique.
3.) Oh, and the other names that we use are:
Calvin_Gaidin really doesn't use any other names any more. He used to use Calvin2000, I think.
Julian.Delphinki is goofball, and he's also got a smurf name that I'm not sure he wants revealed.
I (Ender_Wiggin.) also use the name Cauthon
goofball isn't really calvin, but the bots think he is, cause calvin has been on through goofball's comp. Hope that helps....

Been a bit since I've read the books refering to Ender, Julian etc.
Ender, if you read the comments section again, tell me if I'm right.
Julian is Ender's brother in an Orson Scott Key series I think (Ender's Game)
And Cauthon refers to Matt Cauthon in Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time
Robert Jordan is a bastard for not including Matt in his entire last book

Ender is the hero of the whole quartet of books, the first one being Ender's Game. Julian Delphinki is the real name of the kid named Bean that was in the first book. A new book called Ender's Shadow was just recently released, and the name Julian Delphinki only comes up in that book. Ender's brother was named Peter Wiggin, oh, and its Orson Scott Card, not Key. :)
All the stuff about the wheel of time series is correct, and I agree, I was pissed when Mat didn't even show up in the latest book! |

| Pfffft. Come on, scouts aren't that rare. They're my favorite Protoss air unit now. The thing that makes scouts better than corsair vs Zerg, is if you plan on killing the mutalisks another way, they take down devs and guards at least 3 times as fast as corsair or carriers. |

Black-Lemon: For the pictures, i just used Photoshop 4 (i don't have 5 yet) I simply messed around in Photoshop till i got the effect i wanted. Luckily, i have a god eye for pics. The writing was all done with HTML and wasn't that tough. Phiber~Obtic's HTML guide is EXCELLENT to get a good grasp of basic HTML skills...feel free to look at my source code, or i can e-mail you the exact text I inputed for the BR. Wow! Excellent report. I really liked the "goo" wars and the maelstrom-psi action. You definitely have a good artistic set up with the size and placement of the pictures/fonts. I agree with Ioti- it was YRM calibur.
