Hmm, the whole of the game Mark4 seems to have mobility problem and if I were him, I would have gone mass wraiths. Wraiths can be a risk especially with HTs around but if micro, they should be fine. SV+wraiths should clear the map of most obs making life much easier for the terran. Sure toss can make more but keep replacing obs does drain the economy.
For a serious attack, I would use mass tanks supported by wraiths (and other usual tank babysitters). Wraiths also can get rid of all those cliffs drops. You just have to dance a little when you see HTs. DA can be a problem with feedack on wraiths but cloaking partially negate this after you get rid of the obs.
Since the toss never really mass anything much, I really do feel mass tanks can take it down after you limit the mobility of toss's reinforcement. Storm alone cannot stop well managed tanks. Nukes are useful distractions. I will keep the nukes. Just the threat alone makes it worth while. |

| Hey was a nice Battle report, but one thing... you did some crazy stuff..!! Now first off all going gate,battery,forge then FOUR cannons is Straight NEWBISH!. Then you make buildings all the way up to his base so he will tank them?? Then you make 4 good anti terran units(DTS) and them waste them by making usless DarkArchons??? AND THEN you go scouts?!?! lol hehe you need a bit more practice... being serious here not trying to just flame or anything... you should have gone 2 gate goons get pretty fast gas, then tech to ethier reavers or DT's but keep mass Goons up and if he switches to Hard tanks go speed zealots and temps. You can do all of this and grab the whole map and go carriers. Thats a more "advance" way to do it. |
