| So whoop, you made 25 reavers? *shrugs* well, atleast you got them all at once.... |

| Once I saw the cannons on the front porch, I would have floated both my barracks to low ground and tried a straight up marine rush as I teched to tanks =]. But that's just me. |

| You could do this strat on me if I come out of retirement, but you'd have to tell me in advance that that's what you're planning to do ok? |

| Good report.. pretty radical strategy on your part. It would have been funny as hell if he did like mark said and just completely kicked your ass with 4 firebats and 2 medics. |

VD: Yeah I don't play BGH, that's the only BGH game I've played recently (I was downloading the map for that game, and meanwhile he was explaining to me just how much I would "love this map" :-b ). Something's broken with our packet router and I can't create my own 1on1 games, so unfortunatel y I'm stuck with joining games for the time being.
SS & Mark4: Yeah, absolutely, it would have slaughtered me if he had done the floating rax business. I guess one thing I could do is patrol my peon around his ledge (I know peons can't patrol, but you can do the trick of selecting a peon and then a military unit and...wait I have none in early game, nevermind... ;-) ), I also usually build a couple of cannons in my main base in case of things like early drops or wraiths, since those can come faster than a tank push and I wouldn't have any warning. |

My god...this is me wishing I had my brood war CD with me so I could play you...I don't know how i'd stop that, but it would be fun to try.

All the best,

Shockwave, this sounds like a slideshow. =]
"Here's me with my offensive assimilator." (Click) "Here I am setting up my initial cannon at his choke." (Click) "Here is the completed 3-cannon setup." (Click) "Here's him wiping out my cannons, he has a tank and a scattering of marines/meds." (Click) "Here's the aftermath of his attack." (Click) "Here's him disconnecting." (Click) "Here's the final stats."
Good report, I liked the first one better, though. |

| chew! how many fucking rob factories did you have in that BGH game? anyway, downloading is a cheap excuse, it's under webmaps, delivered on the CD. |

| Hey FK/patheto: Like I said in my BR, I had 6 robotics. That still doesn't beat Whoop's 24-robotics-bay BGH rush, though :-). Anyway, I didn't understand the comment about downloading being an "excuse"? I don't normally transfer maps into my download directory, I just get them when I join a game for the first time, this way I can distinguish between official Blizzard maps and the ones that people create. What was downloading a 'cheap excuse' for? |
