This report is rough, unpolished, and lacking graphics. I still read the whole thing and enjoyed it though =]. You have a natural knack for story telling, and with a little work you'll write some great reports!
Most image editing programs give you a "save as" command that lets you save one graphics file type as another type. |

thanks for the imput but i need to know some names of programs to use. all i have is paint and that wont load .pcx files =(. And i do think that fac thing woulda worked if he had used upgraded m&m's probably. This report actually did a very good job of relaying the pacing and flow of the game. He captured all the high points, and didnt miss anything big. For my part, I can relay a couple of things here about lessons and whatnot:
- control of the center is key: he built an arbiter to try to cement that control, but cloaked wraiths put an end to that nonsense
- we both had expansions at 12 (his on mineral only, mine on natural) that ran for a long time, basically naked, without being attacked. Duh! Scout!
- I had a ton of minerals, less gas, and only 1 rax. Ahscar is totally right... I like the 1 rax, 2 fac opening, but as I have been playing it out lately, I have gone to 5 rax 2 port... I think it would be much stronger with 3-4 fac, 4-5 rax, and single port, single sci facility (ghosts?). This also balances out resource spending a lot better, and M&Ms with stim would make a huge difference. I also find that the pure fac approach begs the toss to go straight zealot and templar tech, which is tough to counter with fac only units once zeals have leg enhancements...
